These terms and conditions govern your use of the FanVetted website at https://fanvetted.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. FanVetted is strictly for adults — you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use it.

Not affiliated with OnlyFans

FanVetted is an independent, fan-run directory and review site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to OnlyFans in any way. "OnlyFans" is a trademark of Fenix International Limited. Other names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Definitions

"We", "us", and "our" refer to OZ TRI-TECH, Hattalova 1071/8, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovakia, the operator of FanVetted. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing the Site. "Content" means listings, profile information, images, reviews, comments, and other material on the Site.

What FanVetted is

FanVetted is a search and review directory for public creator profiles. For each listed creator we display publicly available profile information (such as display name, handle, public statistics, and category) together with a link out to the creator's own external profile (e.g. their OnlyFans page). Fans searching the directory can discover creators and click through directly to the creator's own page. FanVetted also lets registered users leave ratings and reviews.

Images and creator content

FanVetted displays creators' publicly available profile information and public profile image (avatar). For performance and reliability we may cache or store a copy of a creator's public profile image on our own servers. We do not download, host, republish, or store creators' paywalled, private, or subscriber-only content, photo sets, or videos. All intellectual-property and copyright rights in creators' media remain with the respective creators; we claim no ownership over any creator's content or marks. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, scrape, redistribute, or otherwise exploit content or marks appearing on the Site without the prior written consent of their respective owners.

Creator opt-out / removal

If you are a creator (or an authorized rights holder) and you want your profile or a specific image removed, you can opt out at any time by emailing us at mail@fanvetted.com, or by using our DMCA & Copyright page. We honor valid removal requests.

Your license to use the Site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms. You must not: republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, scrape, or redistribute material from the Site; use automated systems to harvest data from the Site; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

User reviews and submissions

Registered users may post reviews, ratings, tags, and other submissions ("User Content"). We do not pre-screen User Content. Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not of FanVetted, and to the extent permitted by law we are not responsible or liable for User Content. By posting User Content you warrant that: you are entitled to post it and hold all necessary rights and consents; it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and it is not defamatory, libelous, harassing, obscene, unlawful, or an invasion of privacy, and is not used to spam, solicit, or promote unlawful activity. You grant FanVetted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate your User Content on and in connection with the Site. We may (but need not) monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion, including content we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these terms.

Third-party links

The Site links to external websites (including creators' own profiles) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and accessing them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer

The Site and all information and services on it are provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the Site. We do not warrant that information on the Site (including creator listings and statistics) is accurate, complete, or current, or that the Site will be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Because the Site is provided free of charge, to the extent permitted by law we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of it.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FanVetted (OZ TRI-TECH) harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, or your breach of these terms.

Changes

We may amend these terms at any time by posting the updated version at this URL. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, and the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
